Dr. Erin Presant is a board certified Neurologist and Movement Disorders Specialist.  She attended Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was part of the National Osteopathic Honors Society.  She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center( an Albert Einstein Hospital) in Brooklyn.  She subsequently completed three years of Neurology residency at Vanderbilt University, as well as a one year movement disorders fellowship at Vanderbilt University.  During her fellowship she received special training in Deep Brain Stimulation for Parkinson’s Disease, Essential Tremor and Dystonia.  She is an active member of the Movement Disorders Society as well as the American Academy of Neurology.  She has presented original research multiple times at the Movement Disorders Society Meetings and remains active in the community, speaking at Parkinson’s Support Groups from Santa Ynez to Westlake Village.
